AdamZ rom install

I currently have beast 1.0, and been thinking about tryin out adamz 4.5 rom, couple of questions tho...
-do you have to have busybox installed?
-can you install it by just renaming the folder update.zip, and go forward with the install like you would with beast?

No you don't have to have busybox installed.
Edit: Adamz themes are in nandroid format not update.zip

follow the direction exactly as they are on AdamZ alldroid page and you'll be all set. it's really pretty simple even for a newb.

I did try to do it through nandroid restore, but every time i tried, I recieved an error, I will have to try again, can't remember the error message right now, but did everything he said, that's why I asked if I have to have busy box, I thought not having that might stop it from loading.

That was what I needed, Now I had too many folders, simple/stupid mistake, live and learn, thanks everyone!

I just switched over to SG 4.5 from a couple flavors of Bugless Beast. I am very impressed with SG so far.

I think everyone should give all the different ROMs a shot. Each one is a little different.

Absolutely Mike,
Since its so easy to change, why not check it out, I've tried Sholes and Beast and now Adamz, and currently like Adamz.

This was my first attempt, yesterday: Time to root...which Rom?

While it probably took around 3 or so hours the learning curve is over. I won't go so far as to say the next attempt will only take 10 minutes BUT, it seems like it shouldn't take much longer than that
