I've been, just to be safe, when not using my phone dropping it to 250 mhz, which is the lowest my kernel allows, but do I really need to do that, I just thought about it, and I guess if I have the max set to 1.1 as long as when it's not being used it won't run that high I guess.
So yea, should I bother adjusting the CPU speed between when I'm using it and not or does it not make a difference as the CPU won't run hard when the phone isn't being used.

Why aren't you using the profiles in SetCPU??

That's what they are for....set the Sleep/Standby profile to 250/250 that way anytime your screen is off, it will stay at 250

Yep, plus it will extend your battery life it you set it up correctly.

So just set the standby / sleep to 250/250 and I'm good?

my standby is 250/550 and the battery outlasts before I OCed

Ya, no need to be OC when the phone is sleeping. I also lower it when charging.

Only problem is, I used to drop it to 250 when I would put it down, now I just set the profile, but now when I turn on my phone it's at 80 when it used to be at like 56 or 60 or so (old house, living room is frigid).
