    how do i install the smoked glass theme with blue battery over sholesmod? theme only.

    That theme is better than the smoked glass theme that sholesmod includes.

    Here is the theme I want [Themed ROM] Smoked Glass w/ White Clock but it includes a bunch of mods. It is a full custom ROM. I just want the theme. How do I get it?

    The Smoked Glass is included as an option (well, it is the one without BLUE).

    Other than that, you would need to talk to the designer of the ROM to get just the code to make the color changes.
