    SOC won't root replacement D1 w/stock FRK75 2.23 rom

    How can I root my Droid? *****

    Have new replacement D1 with 2.2.3 - FRK76 rom. Tried Superoneclick 1.95 to root - hangs on "psneuter." Tried SOC version 2.1 - it went through to root #4 -Failed. Can't see "rageagainsthtmachine" in exploit folder. When I try to download SOC 1.7 or SOC 2.3, Eset SS5 stops and quarantines the download due to multiple threats.

    Have RSDLite 5.0 - used it to add stock unrooted FRK76 2.2.3 rom to other phone I'm returning.

    *****One option: flash D1 to .sbf FRG22 w/RSDLite 5.0. Then use SOC to root D1. Then upgrade to Rooted FRK76 using Pete Alfonso's Roms.
