Adding ROM help!!

Very new to this....

I bought and installed sholes....I increase the overclocking to 900. I've rooted the droid.

There is a problem downloading the flash file so i haven't been able to do that.

I want to use the smoked glass v4 ROM. How can i do this? Can i drop it into the nandroid folder, go into sprecovery and do a system restore?

If so, do icheck restore: boot, cache, data, misc, revoery, system?

If you have the nandroid folder just download the ROM, unzip it and put it in the nandroid folder. When you reboot into recovery, do a advanced restore and you should only have system and boot checked. This way you will have everything the way it was before just skinned in smoke glass.
