    how to switch between stock & custom rom?

    So I just want to check before I do this because I'm not sure it will work...

    I installed pete's BB 0.74 rom
    I have a nandroid backup of my stock rom (with all my settings etc..)
    I also made a backup of BB after I changed some settings to the way I like it.

    So to switch between these, do I just boot into SPrecovery and use advanced restore to pick to startup??
    Will all of my settings get lost when I switch between them?

    The settings won't be lost if you make sure DATA is NOT checked in the advanced nandroid restore menu right before you flash your stock ROM....if you do check DATA, it will restore the settings of your stock ROM that you had before you switched to BB
