[How To] Easily install Bugless Beast using only SPRecovery, Terminal Emulator, & zip

I have mine running bb just fine. However, I was reading that the only way to make it run properly is to back up, then completely swipe any data, then install bb, then restore from back up. Is that true?

I've got to be honest, I have mine over clocked to 950mhz and I compared my phone to my wife's and started opening up programs at the same time and it was pretty comparable. What can I look at to see a real difference in the speeds between the two phones?

Also, now that I have bb installed on my phone what other than being able to speed up the processor can I do now? I guess my question is what is the big deal with doing all of this.

Do you have the Superuser Permissions app in the app draw with the little ninja guy? What happened to the first issue?

idk whats going on with mine. i look and have the flash_image on my sd card and then go to the terminal emulator, get superuser permissions and but still says its a read only file cant access...

right now im rooted and everything seems to work fine, just get anything done past root

I don't think that is the case. As far as the being faster, I really don't notice a HUGE difference to be honest.

There are backup programs that can save a lot of your crap to the SD card. But I haven't actually had to use the restore function so I don't want to say 100% for sure and then have it not work and be the one that made you delete everything.

Honestly I would relook at what you did from step 10 and on. Really scrutinize everything because you are probably missing something or typing something wrong. It's really hard to say from all the way across cyberspace.

before doing any of the steps,

i typed this in the command prompt

cd sdcard
chmod 755 flash_image
cd /
then proceeded, this fixed my problem

has it been verified that theres no issues installing 0.7.4 over 0.7.3 starting from step 34?
