    First off thanks for the write up, it was easy to follow. And its working good. The only thing that's not working is my accounts. When I go to my settings and click the accounts tab it automatically reboots my phone. Any sugestions, trubleshooting?

    I can't get step 17 to work for me:
    17. Open Terminal Emulator and type
    "su" press enter and allow
    "flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery-0.99.2b.img"
    "reboot recovery"

    I installed the terminal emulator from Jack Palevich and have tried dowloading recovery-0.99.2b.img from several different places that I have found links too. It keeps saying not found.

    Now what should I do?

    Hi to all! Thanx to justinc101011 for his excellent tutorial!

    However I followed your instructions and at step 18 instead of going in recovery mode menu, i get a black screen with the following:

    Bootloader
    90, 74
    Err:A5,69,35,00,2F



    Battery OK
    OK to program
    Transfer Mode:
    USB


    in white letters! And I get them anytime I try to enter recovery mode (power+camera button). What happened to the menu-recovery mode?

    If anyone can help I will be grateful!

    Well, this is a really good tutorial but I have a big problem. I installed acoording to the directions and after rebooting, my phone does the droid animation, followed by the red eye animation, then continues looping those two animations. I dont really know what to do and I can not get it to work. Help?

    i am looking for the rom that didn't change everything to a blue theme. i had it installed the other day and had to do a reset and can't remember which one it was. Also can I install any kernel with any rom or are they made specificaslly to work with a certain one? thanks and I am a noob
