    You should not have a folder named update. You should have a file named update.zip on the root of the sdcard (that means in no folders, just on the card at the bottom of the folder list).

    i did download the update.zip but every time i put it in the root of my sdcard it puts it into a folder!

    hey one more thing, when i turn on my phone i have the skull theme for droidroothelper and i dont want it anymore so how can i remove it?? also it is taking me forever to sign on face book!?!?

    I am having a couple problems. (1) Droid Root Helper does alot of Force Closes...is this normal? (2) sholes website is down...any alternatives? (3) since i cannot complete the process, should I unroot my droid (is that possible?)? (4) If we get a 2.1 update in the next week or so, and my droid is rooted, what are the consequences?
