    It should be in SPRecovery either SPRecovery is not installed or is not installed correctly.

    Thanks for all the help guys finally got my droid rooted and running 950 mhz. However now the google voice search function isn't working. Any one have any idea what's going on?

    OK FOLKS: i had to delete the Tools folder like i said above, remove it with astro... i went back through all the steps starting from there and now it is working beautifully, as described!

    Thank you all so much for your help.. i'll be going through and cleaning up my posts here in a few

    ok got this one But in step 17....i type su press enter i guess a box will come up with "allow"? then type the rest?

    17. Open Terminal Emulator and type
    "su" press enter and allow
    "flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery-0.99.2b.img"
    "reboot recovery"
