Well, I lied. It looks like ICS but Superuser and ROM manager are still installed. Unfortunately, there isn't any "Market" button and I'm missing half my apps. I am going to assume that this means Codename was successfully installed, but I was just wondering if this is the way it's supposed to look (for any of you who use Codename). I have 19 apps total, I'm assuming bloatware was uninstalled?
I just find this weird because I didn't re-flash... Codename was apparently installed.
Thanks!

You need to flash codenames gapp.zip to get google apps like talk, map and market.
Its still codename rom because you didn't restore or flash anything new since getting stuck. Clearing the data and factory reset got you out of the bootloop

Okay. It looks pretty good, not going to complain. But (possibly related to not backing up) I cannot load any of my ROM manager premium. It says I already have it installed on the online market, and I can't find it on my phone. ROM manager free is still installed, however. Basically, I was using premium to flash things, and now I can't. .__.
What's the best way to get back premium? Thanks for your guys' help btw, I really appreciate it.

I would break the tendency to flash using Rom Manager. Often problems, similar to the same ones you were having, occur because of flashing through Rom Manager. I would still HIGHLY recommend reading the links I provided for you earlier regardless of whether or not you are up and running again.

Gotcha. The link about flashing you provided did use ROM manager, however.
I downloaded the file. How do I access my SD card without using the manager? Sorry, still pretty new. :P

The "Flash your first custom ROM" link certainly doesn't use Rom Manager for flashing roms. It simply uses Rom Manager as a way to flash Recovery (and then reboot into Recovery).
How to: Flash your first custom ROM

I use Root Explorer as my file manager. I hear ES Explorer is nice too (and free). These are both in the Market.

Yes, you're right. However, I cannot download anything from the market (it says things are installed, but I cannot find them on my phone). I can also not take anything off of my phone or reinstall applications, because the market says they're already there. -_-
How do I get applications onto my phone? That's really all I want haha.

you should probably start all over from the begining.
Here is the image file in case you need to return to stock if you have trouble and can't fix your issue (since you don't have a nandroid backup).
Flash through fastboot
https://dl.google.com/dl/android/aos...y-65895fa8.tgz
To start over again do the following...
1. reboot into clockwork recovery
2. go to wipe data/factory reset and choose wipe all
3. choose install file from sdcard
4. navigate to where your ROM's zip file is and click & install
5. navigate to where the gapps.zip file is for your custom ROM and click install
6. reboot system
7. log into google again and go through setup
I cannot stress this enough...when you are up and running and before you flash or modify anything else
MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP
