    Whos the smartest of the smart?

    I have a Droid X rooted and running liquid 3.0. I want the Droid X stock social status widgets and if possible messaging widget too. I have tried everything I can think of to install these to no avail. I am also being told conflicting stories. Some say impossible and others say possible. Anyone up for the task?

    To the best of my knowledge they can not. They require the blur framework which liquid, cm7, and other similar ROMs do not have. This is because the are completely AOSP built and all of the blur has been removed.

    I will admit I am no dev but I have seen this question come up a lot and the answer is always the same unfortunately.

    check to make sure, but i think VorteX RC1 and DarkSlideX are blur, and both are excellent.
    droid x on liberty gingerbread v0.5, slightly oc'd

    I definitely say check out vortex. I did not run it for long but it was full blur and seemed pretty solid over all.
