    Moved to "Hacking Help" section.

    Then it would be in whatever folder you placed it in. All you need to do is navigate to it while in recovery and install it after you wipe your phone again.

    What recovery are you using?

    Hopefully you can remember where you pot the ROM on the SD card. Otherwise you might have to use a card reader to load a ROM (only if you can't find the ROM you loaded from your PC).

    Try wiping cache and wipe cache partion from recovery then reboot
