Im rooting the OG Droid for my sister using this tutorial:
Root Droid 1 - regardless of OS version
and when I click on apply update.zip, I get an installation aborted.

10-29-2011 07:32 PMIt's been a long time, but it seems that may be either the update.zip file has a slightly different name or that the file is in a folder instead of on the root of the sdcard. Please understand that I did this process almost two years ago. Anyway, good luck.

10-29-2011 07:44 PMhaha you're telling me. I've moved onto a Droid 3 and my sister got my dads hand me down. Anyways, the file I downloaded was currupt or something because I redownloaded it and it works. w00t. Thanks Bayou
