    Motorola Droid 3 root question

    Okay I bought a phone off of cl he told me that it was rooted. ( he said it was gingerbread rooted or something)
    but im not sure
    how do I check to see if the phone is rooted?
    I can see settings but what will tell me ( sorry im new to this)

    Look in the app drawer to see if "superuser" is installed. If not download it from the Market, and download titanium backup. When you open titanium up a superuser permissions request should pop up if you're rooted. If it does hit yes.

    Well he may have rooted. Try then he might have taken an it's that fried the root.
