Help! Bionic stuck on Splash Screen

Hi Guys,
I really need your help. I tried ROMing my bionic for the first time. I followed the instructions (deleting my cache, format, and devich) while on Clockwork. My Clockwork crashed, I took out the battery to restart it, and now my phone is stuck on the splash screen. Is there anyway to get back to Clockwork or am I screwed because my phone has been formatted. Also are there any other way to get my phone to start back up.
I've plug the USB into my computer and it doesn't even recognize my phone. Please HELP! thank you.
