getting rid of bootstrapper please help desperate

i am trying to get rid of bootstrapper and everything i have ever done with rooting. I used the z4 root a while ago and i recently went into it and choose unroot i then went and tried to uninstall bootstrapper but it of course didnt work. i tried to follow directions on the internet but couldnt get it figured out. I then did a factory reset; that didnt work so i formated the sd card and that didnt work. I dont understand why my phone isnt exactly the way it was when i bought it by now but can someone help. can i take the sd card out put it in aa card reader and plug it up to my computer and get rid of bootstrapper somehow. please help im desperate ill do anything.

Easy thing to do is to SBF. You can use root explorer to remove it but you will need to reroot.

Single binary format. It is the stock images for your device. It will make your phone 100% stock. You need a windows PC, rsdlite 4.8, and the SBF file for your device. Just do a search and I'm sure many threads will appear. I have a Droid x which uses a similar process.

No. If you don't plan on rooting it then updates will install like normal.
