[HELP]Running GB 2.3.5 and need help with roms etc.

Hey guys I need some help on my OG Droid, I rooted it and updated it to GB 2.3.5. I wanted to add/change things on it like,

(1)Boot up screen...not the M logo but like the Droid eye to whatever I want.
(2)The Lock screen....im tired of the old simple slide to unlock
(3)Kernels? Im confused with them and the Andriod Version, I installed a different Kernel but alot of things didnt work, id like to know what would be a good kernel


I want to do more but I dont want to ask for so much at one time lol but those are the three main ones I want to work on
