Need help trying to SBF my phone using RSD Lite

Hi Im trying to SBF my phone using RSD Lite. I downloaded an SBF File and have RSD Lite installed on my computer. Everytime I try to flash it, I cannot start the download on the phone. My phone connects to RSD fine, but when I select the file the start button is still grey. I am running windows as an administrator, RSD as an administrator, and have my SBF file downloaded to my c drive. I do not know what else to try to make this work. If anyone knows how to fix this or has any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ok thank you! I was trying to get my phone back to how it was out of the box. I had rooted my phone and stupidly erased some of the bloatware apps without backing them up. I then unrooted and tried the OTA Gingerbread update, which failed because I had uninstalled some of these apps. Although during the process I actually bricked my phone, so now I would need to unbrick it
