    about to try, gotta get prepped for that 2.1

    just tired and it said that E:update.zip blocked and then it said installation aborted, what gives

    Didn't even erase any icon changes I did with Bettercut. Re-opened my phone to OTAs as I accepted the latest Verizon OTA earlier.

    This should be added to the ultimate thread.

    You need to select the option that says "Allow update.zip installation", THEN you update to it from the option below it (don't reboot between these).

    One question... say if we were to use this. Then once 2.1 hits and we wanted to re-root do we use the same "Installation" instructions that are found on the Sholes.info website? Or are there going to be different instructions for rooting once 2.1 is out? Thanks

    thanks, that did the trick and im back to stock 2.0.1 and waiting it out for the 2.1 release, then i'll be re-rooting pronto
