Stuck in HBOOT - Can't do anything!

Hello!
I'm stuck in HBOOT-mode. I can't navigate my way through the menus, because none of the buttons will work. So, basically I cant do anything. It's a rooted HTC Desire, S-ON.

I've tried the "PB99IMG.zip method", where I put the .zip into my SDCARD, and then reboot the device. On my second try, I came a little bit further than I did on my first. But, every time I use this method, it seems to get stuck when it says..

"Parsing ... [SD zip]
[1] Bootloader
[2] Radio V2
[3] Radio_Cust
[4] Boot
[5] Recovery
[6] System
[7] User Data
[8] Splash1
[9] Splash2"

Why? Am I using the wrong .zip-file? Are there anything I can do, or should I just leave it to the service center? If you know, or if you think you know how to solve this issue, please let me know. Thank you, I would appreciated it!

Any thoughts on what the problem could be?

You say your phone is "S-ON"? That means that the bootloader is locked. You need S-OFF to root. I will admit I'm not familiar with your phone but it sounds locked to me. Have you tried to pull the battery yet?

When I first rooted my phone, it had S-ON throughout the whole process.

Yes, I have. That's the only way I can reboot the device, by pulling the battery, and putting it back in.
