    Question DIY flash from verizon to cricket HELP

    Hello I need a little help, I have ab original droid and all the files needed to flash it to cricket, the esn meid and all of that are alreade in cricket's system so all i need to do is write the files to the phone i have created as virtual com port and successfully connected to it from cdma workshop but when i go to read the com prot it says "failed phone does not answer" can someone tell me how to put droid into diagnostic mode so that the appropriate files (prl nam ect( can be written?
