    Droid X2 rooting help

    I have a droid x2 coming tuesday to replace my samsung fascinate. I have been doing alot of reading about how to root the x/x2 but still a little confused. Could someone kindly point me to a link or instructions on the easiest way to go about rooting the Dx2. Thanks.

    Download z4root on the computer, move it to the micro SD card on the DX or X2, find it in files on the phone, click on it, do what it says, and then run the app from the area where the rest of the apps are located.

    Will this work with the gingerbread update. My X2 has been update to gingerbread via OTA from verizon
