About LinkBacksA few days ago I got the Thunderbolt, and I have to say it rocks and I've had no issues with it. But I've quickly learned that HTC is dragging its feet with the release of gingerbread (2.3) and HTC also wont be releasing Sense 3.0 to any current phones which I'm pissed about. Now I've heard you can get both of these through rooting but I've never done this before and I'm more wondering if its worth it. Are there solid copies of Sense 3.0 out there? Should I just wait for 2.3 to get legitimately released before rooting? Is it even easy to root a tbolt safely? Any advice would be great thanks!

07-24-2011 02:24 PMI'm new to rooting myself, and successfully rooted my Tbolt today. There are some easy methods to doing it, and make sure you watch the youtube vids. They were a big help. I am having a few issues with adding roms, but I think I know what I did. So I am working on that. But rooting is def easier then I thought it would be.
