Boot Animation runs very slow on my OG Droid,

This is a discussion on Boot Animation runs very slow on my OG Droid, within the Hacking Help forums, part of the Droid Hacking category; Does anyone know why the boot animation runs so slowly and choppy on my OG Droid? I'm using the Droid 2 bootanimation.zip....

    Boot Animation runs very slow on my OG Droid,

    Does anyone know why the boot animation runs so slowly and choppy on my OG Droid?

    I'm using the Droid 2 bootanimation.zip.
    DROID X
    ROM: Stock 4.5.605
    CPU:     1.2GHz; VSEL: 61
    OTHER STUFF: Extended DX battery. Rooted.
