From stock 2.0.1 >to> Sholes.info ROM..STEP BY STEP..NO ADB involved. NOOB CHALLENGE!

i am hung around 54 when i go to install sholesrom1.1 i hit install and it does its thing but all it does is say 'done' doesnt prompt me with anything else to further install or set up such at the data/thing n w.e else was next!!

and this....what build number/firmware should I seee?

n/m...DO NOT EXTRACT SHOLES ROM 1.1.TAR....JUST TAKE TAR OFF AND RENAME FILE TO sholes_info-1.0.1.rom.tgz

Re-did the steps and I keep getting the" Nandroid exited with status 25 " message on the screen

Well crap, I got up to step 29 and my phone boots back to the exclamation point. I went and made sure everything copied right. I got no errors when entering the commands in the terminal. Anyone have any ideas?

If I go into recovery mode I get:

E:Can't open /cache/recovery/command

If I reboot back into normal mode everything looks normal...

FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Had to merge the newly created file to the old file that you save.If you dont,you will have 2 of the same files but the new one wont work,and thats why you have to merge them.
