May be a really noob question but i want to get this right, what do i do with the flash_image, the link brings up a web page with binary, do i save it as .txt and move it over like that or does it need to be changed to something else to be recognized, thanks in advance to all, this site rocks the android world.

Where is this list of features and how do i install stuff from it? The rom when installed is basically stock 2.01 so how do I go about putting all the 2.1 apps etc on here?

Thanks for the great howto. Worked great save one issue. I lost one of my 3 home screens. 2 of them came over just fine but one of them is just gone, not mapped to any of the new 5. Not a big deal to drag the short cuts back out but odd.
