    Red face How to root Droid X? Bugless Beast directions not working

    So I'm rather new here. I've been trying to read some posts and stickies, I havent really seen any tutorials on how to root a droid, or my droid X for that matter. I tried following the directions for the bugless beast sticky. But the website/domain the directions were hosted on is no longer running. I have read the sticky as to what rooting is and I understand the basic principle. I want a stable, simple root. I also want to do some light overclocking. Where should I go for these directions? What should I be doing? Thanks in advance.

    Ended up going and finding good directions posted at another forum. Thanks anyway. Now rooted with Z4Root. Used this link, Rooting Droid X « U D G
