So I successfully root my droid and i download ROM manager. But when i attempt to "backup current ROM" before i download a ROM a picture shows up with the "warning sign with an ! in it" and a phone....what does this mean? how do i fix this?

So I successfully root my droid and i download ROM manager. But when i attempt to "backup current ROM" before i download a ROM a picture shows up with the "warning sign with an ! in it" and a phone....what does this mean? how do i fix this?
Reflash clockwork recovery and select the option to boot into recovery. Do the stuff you need to do. As soon as you boot up into your phone, it will reflash the stock recovery, which is the triangle one. That means until you install a custom rom, you will have to keep reflashing clockwork recovery.
