Ok so you can be fixed that's the good news. Now if you can't boot into CW then u can't restore and if u can't boot to the ron then you can't get on your phone. So download the stock Droid 2.2 or what ever the factory came with os image and rename it PB31IMG.zip and don't unzip the file then copy it to your SD card. Next boot into hboot and it'll scanner for pb31img.zip it'll print u if you want to update. Hit yes and when its done hola be back at factory stock.
Then restore his. Contacts and apps and use the one click root and install a different ron I guess. I am running cm7 rc4 which works great no problems. Hope this help let me know if it doesn't work
