Help! Locked myself out?

A while back i followed these instructions: http://androidforums...ing-frg83d.html to root my droid 1... which worked fine. however now i'm kind of locked out

-Can't update to newest droid 1 stock code
-Can't do any backups with Rom Manager

i'm guessing it's the

mv /system/recovery-from-boot.p /system/recovery-from-boot.p.disabled line that broke it? If so any easy way to fix that? can someone write me step by step how to fix it?

Your link is broken; it's not your fault and it's OK, I know that thread. I think all you should need to do is open up rom manager and go to the '"flash alternate recovery" option (near the bottom of the main rm screen) and then go back to the top and flash CWRecovery again. If it doesn't do the latter within about five seconds, just do it again until it does. That action should automatically complete the command that you 'thought' broke your recovery.
