    unrEVOked 3.22 gave me black screen with white lines on sides in recovery

    Well I am new to the rooting thing. I have been reading for days on how to root my Incredible (with 2.2 on it) I found the unrEVOked 3.22. Tried it, but didn't give me Nandroid or ClockworkMod recovery. I did get the s-off and the Superuser ninja. I want to be able to use that nandroid backup and also install custom roms. I think I am missing something. Couldn't figure out how to install the unrevoked-forever.zip The instructions are a hard to follow. I watched you tube videos on how to do the unrevoked root. But they all show being able to boot into a recovery screen with green writing. When I try to boot into the recovery, I get a black screen with whit lines going down the sides. Anyone have this problem or know what I am doing wrong?
