How does the menu get messed up when the keyboard is out? What happens?

a lot of black space, and when you click on something the touchscreen is off a bit, not calibrated right if that makes any sense. I dont ever use this anyways so it doesn't really ruin my day.

Hey I have a droid and I installed 2.1 but I don't like it. I want to go back to my backup of 2.0.1
The problem is superuser is there but it shows a black screen when I open it.
Also droid root helper v8 is slow and doesn't truly mount the system..
Any help for my downgrade???

Root helper v8 is slow at times, but it will eventually say OK, I just keep hitting the wait button when it comes up. To restore you device back to 2.0.1 assuming you made a back up before going to 2.1, just delete the 2.1 file in that you copied into the nandroid folder and put your 2.0.1 backup in there. Then basically follow the directions from step 23 of the directions and your droid will be back to the way it was before you installed 2.1.

Can anyone give a link to install a 2.1 rom using the SM udater? I installed Bugless Beauty with this app and it worked flawlessly. Just wanting an update.zip with live wallpapers.

I realize that 2.1 is not official and all, but am I the only one having problems with it? It installs well enough, but I have noticed that my phone will just freeze at times, then re-boot itself. Tends to happen when I hit the launcher button on the home page. It just sits there, then re-boots. Not everytime, but a few times a day. I am running live wallpaper, does that make a difference? Again, I realize this is not an official release so I am not expecting it to be perfect, just wondering if anyone else is having issues?
