How to install: 2.1 the easy way

Working great for me.
Have 2.1 with root and su and all apps working for me for the most part.

Metamorph refusing to recognize busybox now though, only part i can't figure out as of yet.

Tried 2.1, was too buggy, not many differences from 2.0.1. The Droid 2.1 the easy way tutorial was very simple to figure out and I had no problems. Was able to revert back to my backed up Rom in just a few minutes. Can't wait for more roms to come out. As long as we can use this process should make for some pretty cool mods.

The update went perfectly.
I am now stuck at Activation after reboot.
I currently have not activated my Droid with Verizon.... ever (just got it the other day).
Is there a way to skip activation? I can't find any way around letting the phone call Verizon and try to activate.
I got this phone from a guy who said it has never been activated.
Any tips?

Touch the 4 corners of the screen at the activation screen and you can bypass it. Touch in this order:

Top left corner
Top right corner
bottom right corner
bottom left corner

can someone tell me why superusers is still on my phone when i did a hard reset and a reset from the options or is there anway way to get my phone back to the orig factory setting thanks
