06-17-2010 07:50 PMI just wish that there was an option to select a color on the web page and it would show what it looked like on the phone (like you can do when ordering shirts and such from some websites). I have no idea how many of the colors would actually look on the phone both as regular colorlays and the screen colorlay.

02-19-2011 01:01 PMI hate the be the unhappy camper, but their customer support is awful. The first time I ordered, the droid back faceplate I ordered wasn't in the package so I contacted them. The email I received was snarky. They did end up sending me the item, but with attitude. The second time I ordered the attitude was even worse. They need to get a new customer support rep who knows how to deal with the public. A great looking battery cover isn't worth dealing with them.
