I wanted to share a new product designed specifically for the Motorola Droid. These "Colorlays" as we're calling them are vinyl overlays meant to alter the appearance of your phone while helping protect your phone from minor abuse. The overlays are very simple to install and remove (if you choose to) so you will not damage your phone in any way. These are also great for concealing some minor scratches you may have on the back of your Droid!

Overlays are shown in "Red" with a similar look to the HTC Incredible, you can choose any color that we offer to truly make your Droid unique!

The other great part of these is that you can layer other overlays with other decals we offer, as shown below (android robot battery door cover (shown in Gunmetal).

Our plans are to expand this product line to other Android devices down the road, so if you own something other than the Droid, keep checking back!

^ i may have to pick up some camo vinyl...that would be really hot! i think some blue digital might also look sick!

I'll have to see if any of those colors are available from our supplier!

Those look great, but I'm wondering how well the thin pieces by the camera and below the speaker grill will hold up in everyday use? Those areas of the phone have a rubberized surfaces, will the vinyl adhere well and not lift up, especially the corners?

As for the question about the Colorlays, if installed properly they should hold up very well to everyday use. If you notice any issues, just email us and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues that might occur down the road. We take pride in our products and provide the customer service necessary to back that up!

Is the carbon fiber flexible enough to mold around the Droid by applying a heat gun? If so, I'm thinking I may want to buy a 12"X12" piece from you.

^ no...our CF is actually a foil based vinyl that is not meant to be molded (the best replica CF vinyl available FYI, it even has a weave in it!). We can also get the "cheap" checkerboard style vinyl that can be molded, but I personally do not prefer the checkerboard look.
