GS3 won't download anything, please help

My phone will no longer download anything from the internet (pics, powerpoints, etc). Everytime I try my phone freezes and then I get a pop-up that says the internet has stopped working. Plsase help, this is so annoying. I've already posted another one of these threads but nobody responded.

Can we get a screen shot of the pop up? I've never heard of that would like to see if it's an app or system error.

This comes after clicking on 'view image' then pressing on the image, clicking save, then it says 'starting download' and freezes for several seconds, followed by this screen

I would boot into recovery and clear cache.....

Neither worked, any other ideas? This has been happening for a while, getting kind of annoying.

Pull the SIM and then reseat it. I had a similar issue and it fixed it

If that doesn't work you could have a bad SIM card. That is a classic sign of a bad sim

Did it twice and I'm still having the problem. What should I do know? Go try to get a new SIM?

I would get a new sim.

judging by the grey color of your signal meter, you arent connected to the google server. have you tried not using wifi as it appears that you are on wifi in the screen shot?
