    Phone calls only work on speaker or through headphones

    When making or receiving calls, I can only hear through the speaker function or if I plug in a headset into the phone. I cannot hear when I put the phone to my head. Has anyone had this issue and know of a way to fix it without having to go into a store?

    Check for lint or crud in the headphone port... it might be making the phone think one is plugged in
