Messaging App keeps replacing Internet Apps in docked apps

Hi

Issue started before last ICS update. Messaging app had been deleting itself from my docked apps.

Now after update, it is doing the opposite and multiplying in the docked apps!? It keeps replacing my internet app with messaging. This happens to the standard internet app and chrome, I keep ending up with multiple copies of messaging and no Internet shortcut?
