    Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

    I have my work email synced to my phone via the Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. When I am at work and delete an email from my computer at work, it does not delete it from my inbox on my phone. Is there a specific setting I should be looking for in order for it to automatically remove it from my phone inbox when I delete it from my computer inbox?
