I need support- can't get Dragon mobile assistant to work on my s3

It seems to work for everyone else but it won't work on my stock gs3.it will read texts out loud and reply but the main Dragon screen constantly says I can't understand what you're saying.it types what I said perfectly.What time it's it? But then it says it can't understand me.
This app works for everyone else and the voice to text engine on Dragon is inferior to no 1 so I really want to use it in substitute of s-voice.

So far, I've found nobody that will help me with this because it works for almost everybody else. I request support please
