    S3 shutting off while in use

    Hi everyone.
    My wife and I upgraded our phones and got the S3. Her phone has shut off on her twice now while in use. Any ideas? Phones are 2 months old.

    I'd take the battery out and blow the battery compartment out and make sure there's not any dust in it.
