    HELP!!! Background Data Restriction

    Please someone help me... My battery life is very short and I found some tips to prolong it, and one of them was to restrict the background data...

    Can someone please explain what does that mean? How it works? Will I receive the e-mail, Viber and whatsup notifications? If I will not receiv FB this is OK...


    Please someone to explain it very simple, I cannot understand too complicated technical English
