Did you try changing from Google to Samsung powered by Vlingo in the Settings feature under Language and input under "Speech" under "Voice recognizer"? Also, click on the help function to guide you on what commands to say. I tried this and it started receognizing my voice commands.
Thanks for the help. I also went back to Verizon and a knowledgeable man helped to change some setting. Seems to be much better. Thanks![]()
