my battery is terrible

My s3 life used to last me until the next morning but now it only lasts until like 3 oclock in the afternoon even when im in school.... I looked at gsam monitor and it said my clock is the highest? How do I make that stop? And then Twitter but I understand that one... any other tips?

You should post some screenshots from gsam and your stock battery screen so we can get a better idea of whats going on.
