This phone is hot! (literally)

For the past day or so my phone has been getting pretty darn hot. After playing games heavily yesterday it was pretty warm. Now today using it outside it is hitting 45.5 degrees. Is that something to worry about? If not, what is a bad temperature? And what should I do?

45 is warm. 65 is hot enough to affect battery life.
