How do you delete pictures

When I go into the pictures gallery ant try to delete a picture, I can not see a delete option for the life of me.

You press and hold on the picture you want in the gallery, then in the right top corner there is a menu button. Thats where you can delete and what not.

I have done that, there are different options except to delete. I am not new to android.

Didn't say you were new to android! But whatever! Thats how I delete in my gallery on the S3.

Seems like there are certain albums (such as Profile Pictures) which cannot be deleted or hidden. I downloaded and use QuickPic instead. Doesn't show those albums and has tons of options.

When I open my pictures folder it has a bunch of different Albums, ok that's nice, but one of the albums is named Instant Uploads "the one I am having issues with" and beneath it is the damn Picasa icon, now those pics are the ones I took with my Rezound, and now they show up in this phones gallery, the crazy thing is they are not in my Picasa web album "what gives", and they are the only ones I can not delete from the phone, all other folders the option is there to delete any picture I want, this is real frustrating.

Same issue w/ me.....I cannot delete instant uploads album or pictures in that album........driving me crazy!

Lmao u guys kill me... Anyone have a idea on how to make a album private or anything like that???
