Ok when jelly bean get sent to the phone should unroot it befor installing it. Or can I just install it and it will be unroot.

if you want to prevent any issues and stay on the safe side id unroot it, unless you manually install a jelly bean rom than you'd need to be rooted with a custom recovery.

Yup, download the stock rom from the tutorial page and make sure you have all the drivers installed.
I have have had no problems doing OTA upgrades on a rooted Unlocked Phone using clockwork mod as my custom recovery, just deny the request to remove clockwork mod and re-lock the boot loader, the phone will say the update has failed but all will be ok, this included the jelly bean update
