-aokp toggles added
-QS fonts changed
-in call dialer numbers now same as dial screen
-new in call handle (seen below)
-activity picker images added
-added rom control icon to settings
-added themed large menu from aokp to nav bar
-updated toast notifications
-new QS tiles
-lots of other consistency things


Both Free and Donate should be live in the Play Store within a few hours :D

Hey guys- I've got a beta of Blue if you'd like to test it. Please check MMS, as it should be fully themed, and also toggles, but only if on either BAMF or AOKP. Post your screenshots too :D

If all goes well, it will be in the Play Store shortly. Please also note that you need to uninstall any old copies of Blue, as the beta is signed with a public debug key :)
