Galaxy Nexus problems, not sure if theyre related

a month after I bought my Galaxy nexus I9250 suddenly the WiFi stopped working, it would just say "turning on" and just sit there and do nothing. the other problem is when I lock the phone using the lock button or screen timeout, the phone will just restart by itself, unless the phone is doing something such as listening to music or when I plug it in to a PC.
Im running version 4.0.2, and I noticed there is an open padlock when the phone starts, it is under the Google logo.
the dealer refused to trade or return it so dont ask me to replace it.

Dealer? That's an unlocked bootloader btw. Factory reset it

You can but I would do a full img flash to the newest one available and seen if that cures the problem first
